Job Description

Role Overview

Fullstack AI Engineer

This is not a typical "just implement tickets" role - we want someone who experiments, prototypes quickly, and can take ownership from idea to deployment.

What Youll Do

Design and develop end-to-end AI-powered applications - from backend APIs and databases to user-facing frontends.
Build and integrate AI/LLM pipelines (e.g., RAG, function calling, multimodal, fine-tuning).
Work with cloud-native, microservices architectures and ensure scalable deployments.
Collaborate with product, design, and AI research teams to bring innovative ideas to life.
Optimize performance, reliability, and cost-efficiency of AI systems.
Contribute to open-source initiatives and internal AI frameworks.

What Were Looking For

Strong proficiency in python also in JavaScript(Node.js) and backend frameworks (NestJS/Express).
Experience with databases (MongoDB, Postgres, Redis, or similar).
Hands-on experience with LLMs, NLP, or Generative AI (OpenAI, Llama, Hugging Face, LangChain, etc.).
Comfort with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure, or similar).
Familiarity with DevOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD).
A hacker mindset: quick learner, loves debugging, prototyping, and shipping.
Bonus: Experience with real-time systems (WebSockets, WebRTC, audio/video streaming).
