Job Summary: We re looking for a visionary CTO with a strong academic background (PhD in Computer Science) and expertise in AI, ML, NLP, and GenAI. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving technological innovation, leading high-performing teams, and developing strategic partnerships. As our CTO, you will be responsible for shaping our technical strategy, driving R&D, and overseeing the development of our AI-powered bot platform. Key Responsibilities: 1. Technical Strategy: Develop and execute our technical vision and strategy, aligning with business objectives. 2. R&D: Lead research and development efforts in AI, ML, NLP, and GenAI, identifying opportunities for innovation and growth. 3. Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of engineers, researchers, and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration. 4. Platform Development: Oversee the development of our AI-powered bot platform, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance. 5.
