Job Description

The role of a Fulfillment Manager, AI Content Services in Chennai, India is to lead a team dedicated to providing high-quality content for small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) to help them achieve their marketing objectives. The primary focus is on ensuring that the Social and Long-form Content services meet or exceed client expectations, drive operational excellence, optimize processes, and develop talent within the team. As a mid-level leader, you will be responsible for driving innovation through AI adoption, coaching team members, and ensuring client success through collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. Additionally, you will contribute to global scaling efforts through automation, efficiency improvements, and client-centric strategies. Your responsibilities will include overseeing various content services such as Social media, blogs, reviews, web copies, and email marketing to ensure alignment with client goals and service level expectations. You will also be accountable for maintaining high-quality content output in terms of tone, branding, and platform-specific best practices, while monitoring team performance and addressing customer issues. Furthermore, you will play a key role in team development by providing coaching, feedback, and support for career growth, as well as implementing process improvements and integrating AI tools to drive automation and enhance creative output. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing performance metrics, and ensuring client content meets brand standards and audience engagement goals will also be part of your responsibilities. To be successful in this role, you should have at least 7 years of experience in content services, digital marketing, or editorial operations, preferably in agency environments. Strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, expertise in content development, and familiarity with digital marketing platforms and metrics are essential. You should also possess knowledge of process improvement methodologies, experience in implementing AI tools, proficiency in performance analytics, and excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. A Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, English, or a related field is preferred.
