About the Role

Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) Tech Lead

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of

    Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC)

    solutions.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and functional consultants to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  • Oversee and mentor developers, ensuring adherence to coding standards, performance optimization, and security best practices.
  • Define technical architecture, data models, and integration strategies with third-party applications.
  • Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical guidance during the SDLC.
  • Manage configuration, customization, and automation using Salesforce tools (Apex, Lightning, Flows, APIs, etc.).
  • Ensure alignment with Salesforce roadmap, platform capabilities, and industry best practices.
  • Participate in release management, CI/CD processes, and environment strategy.
  • Support pre-sales activities and contribute to solution proposals when needed.

Experience & Skills Required

  • 710 years

    of overall IT experience, with at least

    5+ years in Salesforce

    and

    3+ years in Financial Services Cloud

    .
  • Proven experience in leading Salesforce technical teams and delivering large-scale FSC implementations.
  • Strong expertise in

    Banking domain, Salesforce configuration, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Flows

    .
  • Deep understanding of

    FSC data model

    (Households, Financial Accounts, Assets & Liabilities, Goals, etc.).
  • Knowledge of

    Salesforce integration patterns

    (REST, SOAP, MuleSoft, etc.) and middleware tools.
  • Hands-on experience with

    Salesforce security model, data management, and governance

    .
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology and DevOps tools (Copado, Git, Jenkins, etc.).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to engage with senior stakeholders.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills to drive team performance.
