As an experienced and dedicated F&V Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the Fruits & Vegetables section in our chain of Premium Stores across Ernakulam. Your role will involve hands-on experience in handling fruits and vegetables, team management, and store operations. You should have a strong understanding of product quality, display standards, and customer service. Key Responsibilities: - Minimum 12 years of experience in managing Fruits & Vegetables section in a supermarket or retail chain. - In-depth knowledge of fruits and vegetables varieties, quality check, shelf life, etc. - Experience in using PLU machines, weighing scales, and POS systems. - Strong display management and visual merchandising skills. - Basic knowledge of back-office operations and billing procedures. - Good leadership and staff management abilities. - Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays. Qualifications Required: - Degree or Plus Two (12th pass). In addition to the above, you will be expected to work full-time on a permanent basis.
