Job Description

As a Frontline Officer - Quality ECH, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Expertise in operating Analytical Instruments like GC, GC-MS, ICP-OES, UV-VIS Spectrophotometer, TOC Analyzer & KF Titrator. - Troubleshooting knowledge of instruments, responsible for calibrations & performance of laboratory instruments. - Analysis of Raw material IP and Finished products of ECH plant. - Analysis of various samples for Trace metal contents by ICP/AAS. - Preparation of the Analysis report & reporting it to the concerned Department. - Filling the Customer Questionnaire related to ECH plant. - Clearance of Finished goods in SAP QA Module. - Issuing of Material from Stores & monitoring the stock of required Chemicals. - Maintaining Safety & housekeeping in the Laboratory. - Releasing COA of FG for dispatch & maintaining the FG data in SAP. - Maintaining Analytical Data as required for BIS, NSF & IMS Audits. - Communicating analysis results to respective plant persons. - Upgradation of STPs, SOPs, Specifications as IMS Requirement. - Arranging FG samples to various Customers as per requirements. - Reporting of Abnormalities to Section Head. - Conducting Stability Study of FG. Qualification Required: - M.Sc in Organic Chemistry / B. Pharm / M.Pharm (Note: Experience in Epichlorohydrin project will be an added advantage.),
