Role Overview :

Frontend Lead

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and implementation of
Microfrontend
architecture for large-scale applications
Develop and maintain complex UI components using
ReactJS

Redux
, and
TypeScript
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend teams to deliver seamless user experiences
Define and enforce front-end coding standards, architecture patterns, and best practices
Conduct code reviews, mentor developers, and foster a high-performance engineering culture
Optimize applications for speed, responsiveness, and accessibility
Drive adoption of modern tooling (e.g., Webpack Module Federation, Nx, Monorepos)
