Frontend Engineer - React

We are looking for a skilled Frontend Engineer with expertise in React to join our team at Impact IT Pvt Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience and be responsible for developing high-quality, user-friendly interfaces.

• Design and develop responsive, interactive, and scalable frontend applications using React.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
• Develop and maintain reusable UI components and libraries.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to application performance and functionality.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving overall code quality.

• Strong proficiency in React, including Hooks, Context API, and Redux.
• Experience with modern frontend build tools such as Webpack, Babel, and ESLint.
• Knowledge of CSS preprocessors like Sass or Less.
• Familiarity with state management libraries like MobX or Recoil.
• Understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
