Must-Have

Must have 5 to 10 years of IT experience in Application Design, Development, Testing, and Maintenance projects.
Knowledge and hands-on experience in Fullstack technologies including Typescript/JavaScript, HTML/CSS, NodeJS, React, Angular, NextJS, Express/Fastify, MySQL.
Experience in scan, build, and deployment tools such as Jira, Jenkins, GitHub, Kibana, Splunk, Dynatrace, SonarQube, Confluence, etc.
Ability to effectively coordinate with Customer SMEs, Onsite and Offshore teams.
Actively involved in Application transition and stabilization phases by aligning to Japan (JST) working hours.

Good-to-Have

Exposure to AWS Cloud, Agile methodology, DevOps, Security vulnerability management, and P&C Insurance domain knowledge.
Good understanding of RESTful APIs design and Swagger/Open API specification.

Responsibilities / Expectations from the Role

Fluent in reading, writing, and conversing in English to establish good coordination and communication with Customer, Onsite, and Offshore teams.
Ready to work in JST morning hours as required to extend support for Application transition and stabilization phases of Application Design, Development, Testing, and Maintenance projects.
Actively involved in primary responsibilities including but not limited to:
- Develop and thoroughly unit-test the front-end and back-end applications.
- Take architectural decisions and design scalable systems.
- Continuously identify ways of enhancing and improving existing applications.
- Review code developed by other developers and provide feedback to ensure best practices (efficiency, testability, readability, maintainability, and style guide compliance).
Actively contribute towards various transformation initiatives (Process maturity, DevOps automation, Security vulnerability remediation, etc.) to achieve project goals.
