Job Description

About the Role:

Frontend Craftsman

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, maintain, and optimize modern frontend applications using best practices in UI/UX.
Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code with a strong focus on quality and performance.
Collaborate with designers to translate wireframes and mockups into interactive user interfaces.
Ensure applications are responsive, accessible, and cross-browser compatible.
Implement state management and frontend architecture patterns.
Work closely with backend teams to integrate APIs and services.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development processes.
Stay up-to-date with the latest frontend technologies, frameworks, and tools.
Advocate for frontend craftsmanship and mentor junior developers.
Troubleshoot and debug complex frontend issues.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with TypeScript.
Knowledge of state management libraries (Redux, Vuex, MobX).
Familiarity with design systems and component libraries.
Experience with CSS preprocessors (Sass, LESS) and CSS-in-JS solutions.
Understanding of performance optimization techniques.
Exposure to backend technologies and full-stack development.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
