Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Office Supervisor, located in Devikulam. The Front Office Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing front desk operations, managing receptionist duties, handling customer service inquiries, overseeing reservations, and ensuring smooth communication between departments. The role involves supervising staff, scheduling shifts, and maintaining a high level of guest satisfaction.

• Strong Supervisory Skills and experience managing a team
• Proficiency in Receptionist Duties and organizing front desk operations
• Excellent Customer Service skills and the ability to handle guest inquiries and issues
• Experience in managing Reservations and coordinating with other departments
• Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Professional demeanor and appearance
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
• Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred
