We are seeking a professional and friendly Front Office Staff member to join our team in Trivandrum. As the first point of contact for visitors and clients, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive impression of our company.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous manner
Handle incoming phone calls and emails
Maintain the front desk area and ensure it is presentable
Schedule appointments and manage basic office tasks
Coordinate with internal departments as needed

Required Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling)
Good organizational and multitasking abilities
A positive and professional attitude

Experience: Freshers can apply; prior experience will be an advantage
