We are looking for a confident and well-presented Female Front Office Sales Consultant to join our team at Nexa Chalakudy. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in the automobile sales industry, possess excellent communication skills, and maintain a professional and pleasant appearance, as the role involves direct interaction with premium customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a warm, professional, and customer-friendly approach.
• Understand customer requirements and guide them through the Nexa vehicle lineup.
• Assist in explaining features, pricing, finance options, and test-drive procedures.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth customer handling.
• Maintain customer records, follow up on leads, and ensure timely communication.
• Manage front office activities, handle inquiries (phone & walk-ins), and schedule appointments.
• Ensure the showroom ambience and customer lounge are maintained as per Nexa standards.
• Support in promotional activities, events, and customer engagement programs.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: Minimum 1–3 years in automobile sales or customer-facing roles.
• Communication: Excellent verbal communication in English and Malayalam.
• Appearance: Well-groomed, presentable, and professional appearance as per Nexa brand standards.
• Personality: Confident, polite, proactive, and customer-focused.
• Technical Skills: Basic computer knowledge (MS Office), CRM handling preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
