Receiving Patients And Generation Of Requisition Slip Based On Doctors Prescription, Or Test Requisition Form Given By The Customer/Patient.
• Collection Of Accurate Cash, Credit Requisition From Patients/ Customers.
• Check Patient Readiness For Requested Tests
• Guide The Patient About The Tests And Rooms / Floors To Approach For The Same.
• In Addition To Receiving Of Patients, Attending Phone Calls And Answering Queries Of Patients And Other Customers.
• Follow-Up On Report Status
• Dispatch Reports, After Confirming Right Party
• Maintain Cash Hand-Over Register, Cash & Card Transaction Data And Submit It To The Branch Manager Daily
