As a Front Office Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive and professional experience for all visitors to our office.

Welcome and greet guests, clients, and employees in a warm and professional manner.
Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate departments.
Manage the reception area, ensuring cleanliness and organization.
Provide general administrative support to various departments as needed.
Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Front Office Receptionist or in a similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in handling phone systems, emails, and basic office equipment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Customer-focused attitude and a welcoming personality.
