The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a working knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist visitors, parents, and students in a professional manner. Answer incoming calls and route them appropriately. Maintain visitor logs and manage appointment schedules. Handle front-desk operations including email, courier, and basic admin tasks. Maintain student and visitor records using Excel. Coordinate with internal departments for smooth communication. Ensure cleanliness and organization of the front office area. Candidate Requirements: Good communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Excel. Pleasant personality and presentable appearance. Ability to multitask and stay organized. Immediate joiner preferred. Experience: Fresher to 1 year.
