Job Description

Role & responsibilities

- Conduct and organize site visits for guests, corporates, and event organizers, providing

detailed property information and support.

- Handle banquet enquiries, prepare rate letters, and coordinate all aspects of banquet

bookings.

- Draft, send, and confirm email communications to OTAs, corporate clients booked via

OTA channels, and other stakeholders.

- Collaborate with the reservations and front office team to ensure seamless VIP arrivals

and personalized guest experiences.

- Maintain clear and organized records of all communications, confirmations, and rate

agreements.

- Support general administrative tasks to optimize booking processes and guest

satisfaction.

Required Skills

- Strong communication and organizational skills.

- Knowledge of hotel operations and booking systems, including OTA platforms.

- Proficiency in email etiquette and MS Office.

- Knowledge of Social Media platforms (Instagram & Linkedin)

- Customer-centric attitude and ability to multitask.
