Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors and clients in a professional manner
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
  • Maintain the reception area to ensure it is clean and presentable
  • Manage appointments and meeting schedules
  • Handle basic administrative and clerical duties (e.g., filing, data entry, couriers)
  • Receive and distribute daily mail/deliveries
  • Coordinate with internal departments as needed
  • Maintain visitor records and ensure security procedures are followed

Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a receptionist or in front desk operations
  • Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi preferred
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Pleasant personality and professional appearance
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
