Role & responsibilities

1. Thorough knowledge in handling the EPABX system

2. Handling Incoming & Outgoing Calls from Clients

3. Connecting the outgoing calls requested from the extensions and making a note of it in a register

4. Sound knowledge in Hospitality Management for VIPs

5. Overall responsibility in all Front Office activities

6. Coordinating with Cross Functional teams to ensure Project deliverables.

7. External & internal interface on behalf of the Management

8. Thorough knowledge in business presentations.

9. Thorough with Time management , planning & organizing

10. High on integrity and confidentiality.

11. Strong Communication Skills
