Job Summary:
We are seeking a professional and personable Receptionist to join our IT Institute in Bathinda.
Job Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist students, visitors, and staff with a friendly and welcoming attitude.
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries professionally.
- Manage scheduling, student records, and appointments.
- Handle administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document management.
- Assist with basic MS Office tasks, including creating documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
- Support the institute's daily operations as required.
Requirements:
