Job Description

We have a very Urgent opening for “Front Office Associate / Receptionist” for our organization Indian Chain Pvt. Ltd. for Kolkata, Bhowanipore location.

Important: Immediate joiner and male candidates preferred. Position will be closed within 72hrs.

Scope of Work:

· Handling all incoming calls and escalating to concern departments or associates.

· Knowhow of handling EPBAX.

· Answering, forwarding, and screening phone calls.

· Greeting clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.

· Ensure visitor logs and security procedures are followed.

· Experienced with administrative and clerical procedures. Assisting colleagues with administrative tasks.

· Assisting clients in finding their way around the office.

· Provide excellent customer service and performing all front desk tasks on daily basis.

· Scheduling appointments and meetings, organising call backs, whenever necessary.

· Handling documentation in a proper manner

· Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping out with various tasks as required.

Desired Candidate Profile:

· Qualifications: Any Graduate.

· Good education background will be a plus.

· Excellent communication skill. Should be proficient in English. Must know Bengali and Hindi.

· Should have learning and professional attitude.

· Must be presentable and good behaviour.

· Experience Required: 3+ Yrs. Experience working as a Receptionist / Front Office job in any industry.

· Industry Type: Manufacturing / Engineering / Hospitality / Any Industry.
