Front Office Receptionist

Experience Required: 1–3 years (Healthcare or fertility clinic experience preferred)

Role & Responsibilities:

• Greet patients and visitors with warmth and empathy

• Manage front desk operations, including phone calls, emails, and appointment scheduling

• Maintain and organize patient records and documentation

• Coordinate with medical and nursing staff for smooth patient flow

• Handle billing queries and follow-ups with sensitivity and clarity

• Ensure a clean and welcoming reception area

• Uphold patient confidentiality at all times

Skills & Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficient in MS Office and clinic management software

• Calm under pressure and emotionally intelligent

• Fluent in Languages – e.g., English, Hindi,Kannada

• Prior experience in a clinic/hospital setting preferred

Salary: Competitive, based on experience

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
