Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner Handle front desk tasks such as answering basic inquiries, receiving phone calls, and managing walk-ins Coordinate with the internal team for appointments and client follow-ups Maintain client records and basic data entry Help with document collection, printing, and scanning Support daily office operations and assist in administrative tasks Maintain cleanliness and order at the front desk area Provide basic information about travel packages, visa services, and study abroad options (training will be provided) Requirements: Minimum qualification: Plus Two (12th pass) or any degree Good communication and customer service skills Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, etc.) Friendly attitude and neat appearance Willingness to learn and take initiative Preferred: Experience in a travel agency is a plus Candidates who have completed Travel & Tourism or similar courses are encouraged to apply Freshers with good communication skills and interest in the travel industry can also apply Show more Show less
