We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Front Office Manager to join our team at a prestigious 4-star hotel in Kottayam.

Experience Required: 3 to 5 years in Front Office Operations

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily front office operations and ensure smooth guest experiences
• Supervise and train front office staff
• Coordinate with other departments to maintain service quality
• Manage room reservations and guest check-in/check-out procedures
• Efficient handling and optimization of OTA (Online Travel Agency) platforms
• Maintain guest satisfaction and address complaints or concerns promptly
• Prepare daily reports and support management in operational planning

Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years of experience in front office management at a reputed hotel
• Strong knowledge of OTA platforms and hotel management software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Leadership qualities with a guest-first approach
• Flexibility to work in shifts and under pressure

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
