Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Office Manager, located in Ernakulam. The Front Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the front desk, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction, managing office administration, and facilitating effective communication between staff and guests. They will also handle guest check-ins, reservations, and address any guest inquiries or issues promptly to maintain our high standards of hospitality.

Qualifications

• Experience in Office Administration and Front Office management
• Excellent Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills
• Strong Communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Prior experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management
