Job Description

  • Staff Management: Supervise, train, and schedule front desk staff to ensure high-quality customer service and smooth operations.
  • Guest Services: Oversee the entire guest experience, including managing check-ins and check-outs, handling guest requests, and resolving complaints and inquiries.
  • Operations Coordination: Ensure efficient daily operations by coordinating with other departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to maintain a welcoming environment and address guest needs.
  • Administration: Manage reservations, ensure accurate record-keeping and billing, maintain front desk supplies, and enforce hotel policies and procedures.
  • Financial Oversight: May be involved in budgeting for the front office and generating reports for management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
