Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Kerala, India, for a Front Office Manager. The Front Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the front office, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction, managing front office staff, and handling office administration tasks. The role also entails coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth operations and providing excellent communication to address guest concerns and inquiries.

• Office Administration and Front Office management skills
• Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction experience
• Strong Communication skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
