Role Description We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager for a full-time on-site role based in the Greater Chennai Area. The Operations Manager will oversee daily salon operations, manage staff schedules, ensure compliance with quality and safety standards, monitor customer satisfaction, and maintain inventory levels. The role also includes training employees, implementing efficient workflows, coordinating marketing activities, and ensuring the salon's overall success. This position is pivotal in fostering a positive environment for both team members and clients. Qualifications Strong organizational, leadership, and team management skills Proficiency in customer service and ability to handle client queries effectively Knowledge of salon operations, beauty services (hair, beauty, nails), and related industry standards Ability to plan and execute marketing strategies tailored to salon services Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills Experience in inventory management, scheduling, and ensuring salon cleanliness and maintenance Flexibility to work during salon operating hours, including weekends Previous experience in salon management or a hospitality industry role is a plus
