Role Description-

This is a full-time role for a Front Office Manager - Corporate Office. The role is based on-site in Mumbai. The Front Office Manager will be responsible for below-

  1. Facility Management
  2. Visitor and Guest Services 
  3. Butler Services
  4. Event Coordination
  5. Inventory and Budgeting


Professional Experience and Relevant Skills-

▪ Min. 10 years of experience in Corporate Hospitality / Luxury F&B / Administration

▪ Strong blend of hospitality, administration, and guest relations experience, with a refined eye for detail and service. ▪ Prior butler experience or guest relations and a proven track record of stability with premium hospitality

▪ Strong understanding of global cuisines, fine dining protocols, and service etiquette.

▪ Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation and problem solving skills.

▪ Demonstrated experience in managing pantry teams, F&B logistics, and administration.

▪ IT related operational knowledge

▪ Service-first mindset with discretion and poise.

▪ Detail-oriented, proactive, and highly organized.
