Front Office Manager

As a Front Office Manager at our restaurant in Sivakasi, your role involves managing the front desk operations with a focus on customer satisfaction. You will interact with guests, handle reservations, and ensure a smooth flow of activities in the reception area. Key Responsibilities: - Greet and welcome guests warmly, creating a positive first impression - Manage front desk tasks such as reservations, check-in, and check-out processes - Efficiently handle walk-ins, maintain guest records, and assist with queries - Coordinate with kitchen and service staff for seamless operations - Address guest concerns professionally and promptly - Monitor and maintain cleanliness and ambiance of reception and waiting area - Keep daily reports on customer visits and table bookings - Support billing and POS system entries as required - Uphold hygiene and safety standards at all times Key Skills Required: - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Basic computer skills and familiarity with billing procedures - Customer-centric approach to service - Strong time management and problem-solving capabilities - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced restaurant environment Qualifications: - Any Degree / Diploma in Hotel Management or related field preferred - Freshers or individuals with up to 2 years of experience in a similar role In addition, male candidates are preferred for this position, and you should be willing to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
