Front Office Manager – Ayurvedagram (Hotel Industry Experience Mandatory)

We’re now looking for a dynamic and professional Front Office Manager with a strong background in the hotel industry to elevate our guest experience.

Who We're Looking For:

An experienced Front Office Manager from the hospitality/hotel sector who can lead the front office team, ensure smooth guest check-ins and check-outs, handle reservations, and provide an exceptional wellness retreat experience to both Indian and international guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily front office operations, guest check-ins/outs, billing, and reservations.
• Lead and manage the front office team including training and scheduling.
• Ensure exceptional guest service and address any concerns promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate with other departments (housekeeping, therapists, doctors) to ensure a seamless experience.
• Maintain accurate guest records and reports.
• Assist in handling international guest queries and travel logistics.
• Monitor front office inventory and supplies.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in front office operations in the hospitality/hotel industry.
• Prior experience in wellness resorts, Ayurveda resorts, or retreats is a plus.
• Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written). Knowledge of additional languages is a bonus.
• Familiarity with hotel PMS (Property Management Systems) and reservation tools.
• Polished, professional appearance and customer-first attitude.
• Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
