Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Office Executive located in Trivandrum. The Front Office Executive will manage receptionist duties, provide excellent customer service, handle inquiries, and support the smooth functioning of the front desk. The role also involves maintaining a professional and welcoming environment for clients and visitors while ensuring timely communication and coordination with relevant teams.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Receptionist Duties and Front Office management skills
Strong Interpersonal Skills, including the ability to build positive relationships with clients and colleagues
Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional demeanor
Customer Service orientation with a focus on client satisfaction and responsiveness
Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize workflows, and stay organized
Basic knowledge of office software and tools; familiarity with scheduling systems is a plus
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
