Job Summary: We are looking for a Front Office Executive with at least 6 months of experience in a similar role, to manage the front desk operations, ensuring seamless check-ins, check-outs, and outstanding guest services. The ideal candidate will be proficient in English and able to work rotational shifts. For candidates willing to relocate to Goa, we offer a comprehensive package including meal facilities and accommodation. Key Responsibilities: Guest Services: Provide warm welcomes, efficient check-ins/check-outs, and personalized services to ensure high guest satisfaction. Front Desk Operations: Manage all front office duties including but not limited to handling guest queries, resolving complaints, and maintaining an orderly front desk area. Communication: Effectively communicate with guests, team members, and other departments to ensure smooth operations. Administrative Tasks: Assist with administrative duties such as data entry, reporting, and maintaining guest records. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the housekeeping, F&B, and other teams to ensure cohesive resort operations. Requirements: Experience: Minimum 6 months as a Front Office Executive or in a related role in the hospitality industry. Language: Fluency in Hindi, English . Flexibility: Ability to work on rotational shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays. Relocation (If Applicable): Willingness to relocate to Goa (accommodation and meal facilities will be provided by the company).
