Job Description

Urgent required front office executive in hospitality Industry

Designation : Front office executive

Gender : Male and female

Salary : 9k -15k

Preferred : Mumbai location

Greet and welcome visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression of the company.
Answer incoming calls, route them to the appropriate person or department, and handle inquiries or provide necessary information.
Manage the reception area, keeping it clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
Maintain a neat and updated visitor log and manage access to the premises.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages, distributing them to the appropriate recipients.
Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory; reorder supplies as needed.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
Assist in organizing and coordinating company events and meetings.
Provide administrative support to other departments as required.
Handle basic bookkeeping tasks, such as managing petty cash and recording expenses.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Assist with various ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by management.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in office administration is a plus.
Proven experience in a similar role as a Front Office Executive or Receptionist.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an excellent command of the English language.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
