Job Title: Front Office Executive Company: Dr Harors Wellness Location: Kolkata Job Summary We are looking for a well-presented and professional Front Office Executive to manage front desk operations and provide excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to handle visitors and calls efficiently. Key Responsibilities Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner. Answer, screen, and forward phone calls promptly. Manage the reception area and maintain a neat, organized front desk. Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, couriers, etc.). Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and maintaining records. Coordinate with internal departments for smooth office operations. Provide basic administrative support to management when required. Required Skills & Competencies Good verbal and written communication skills. Pleasant personality and customer service orientation. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling, etc.). Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. Eligibility Criteria Minimum qualification: 12th Pass. Prior experience in a similar role will be an added advantage (but not mandatory).
