Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Front Office Executive. Responsibilities include handling receptionist duties, delivering excellent customer service to pet parents, managing client inquiries, scheduling appointments, and ensuring smooth front office operations. The role also involves maintaining an organized and welcoming environment for clients and their pets while effectively coordinating with the veterinary team to address client needs promptly.
