Job Description

Keeping front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material (pens, forms, paper etc.). οƒ˜ Greeting and welcome guests. οƒ˜ Responsible for attending to a visitor or customer present physically at office. οƒ˜ Answer questions and address complaints. οƒ˜ Answering all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages. οƒ˜ Receiving letters, packages etc. and distribute them. οƒ˜ Preparing outgoing mail by drafting correspondence, securing parcels etc. οƒ˜ Checking, sort and forward emails. οƒ˜ Monitoring office supplies and place orders when necessary. οƒ˜ Monitoring office expenses and costs. οƒ˜ Booking meetings and schedule events of employees. οƒ˜ Order office stationery and supplies. οƒ˜ Submitting expense reports to Manger. οƒ˜ Keeping employee records (physical and digital). οƒ˜ Maintain a filing system for data on customers and external partners. οƒ˜ Distributing incoming and outgoing mail. οƒ˜ Preparing regular reports and presentations. οƒ˜ Organizing, store and print company documents as needed. οƒ˜ Answering and redirecting phone calls based on priority. οƒ˜ Handling queries from Manager and employees. οƒ˜ Updating office policies and ensure compliance with them.
