Receptionist

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet clients, visitors, and vendors in a professional and welcoming manner
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls and emails
  • Manage front desk operations and maintain a tidy reception area
  • Maintain and update client records, listings, and databases
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier services

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Minimum

    2+ years of experience

    as a receptionist, preferably in

    real estate or a related industry

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Familiarity with real estate terminology and documentation is a plus
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with real estate CRM or property management software
  • Time management and attention to detail
