Job Responsibilities: 1.Oversee Plumbing and fire protection systems in a high-rise building . 2.Coordinate with MEP Consultant ,structural and architectural teams to ensure proper integration of MEP services. 3.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution from design to commissioning. 4.Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of MEP systems. 5.Plan and monitor plumbing works, and firefighting systems. 6.Prepare and review MEP drawings, BOQs, and technical reports. 7.Ensure timely execution of MEP works as per project schedules. 8.Ensure compliance with NBC, IS codes, local regulations, and safety standards. 9.Work closely with contractors, vendors, and procurement teams. 10.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on-site.
