Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist patients and visitors in a professional manner.
  • Handle patient registration, billing coordination, and appointment scheduling.
  • Maintain front office records and ensure timely data entry.
  • Manage phone calls, emails, and walk-in queries efficiently.
  • Coordinate with doctors, technicians, and billing staff for smooth workflow.
  • Maintain cleanliness and order at the reception area.
  • Ensure excellent patient service and handle feedback or complaints politely.
  • Prepare daily reports and assist in administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Front Office Executive, preferably in a healthcare or diagnostic center.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, billing or hospital software).
  • Pleasant personality and professional appearance.
  • Female candidates only.
