Front Office Executive

We are looking for a female Front Office Executive with a background in Pharma C or Pharm D to join our dermatology practice. The ideal candidate should be professional, courteous, and well-groomed, with a warm and welcoming personality to create a positive first impression for our patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet patients with a warm smile and ensure a welcoming environment.
• Handle patient registrations, appointments, and follow-ups efficiently.
• Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries politely and professionally.
• Maintain patient records and assist with basic documentation.
• Coordinate with doctors and nursing staff for smooth patient flow.
• Ensure the reception and waiting area are well-maintained and presentable.
• Provide basic patient education and guidance as needed.
• Handle billing and payment processes with accuracy.

Qualifications & Skills

• Pharma C or Pharm D qualification (mandatory).
• Female candidates only.
• Pleasant personality with excellent communication skills.
• Well-dressed, professional appearance, and positive attitude.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Prior experience in a hospital/clinic setup is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
