Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and well-organized Front Office Executive with 1 to 3 years of experience to manage front desk operations and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in vendor management, client coordination, and administrative activities, along with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Manage front desk operations, including handling visitors, calls, and correspondence.



  • Coordinate with clients and always ensure professional communication.



  • Handle vendor management activities such as coordination, follow-ups, and basic documentation.



  • Support day-to-day administrative activities and office operations.



  • Maintain records, reports, and office documentation.



  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and office functioning.



  • Assist in scheduling meetings and managing calendars as required.



Required Skills & Qualifications:



  • 1 to 3 years of relevant experience as a Front Office Executive / Admin Executive.



  • Experience in vendor management and client coordination.



  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.



  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities.



  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).



  • Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude.



  • Experience in handling office administration and facilities coordination.



  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities.



  • Flexibility to assist with key business operations as needed, including occasional weekend work or extended working hours.
