Job Description

Greeting and welcoming patients and visitors, creating a positive first impression.
Answering phone calls, responding to inquiries, and directing patients to the appropriate staff or departments.
Providing information and assistance to patients and visitors regarding hospital services, procedures, and locations.
Handling patient feedback and complaints, escalating issues when necessary.
Managing patient appointments, scheduling, and rescheduling as needed.
Registering new patients, collecting and updating patient information, and maintaining accurate records.
Managing patient admissions and discharges, ensuring proper documentation.
Processing billing and payments, handling insurance information, and providing financial guidance to patients.
Handling mail, packages, and other correspondence.
Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the front office area.
Assisting with basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
Coordinating with other hospital departments to ensure efficient patient care and smooth operations.
Communicating relevant information to medical staff, ensuring they are aware of patient needs and any special requirements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
