Job Role: We are looking for a smart and presentable FEMALE Front Office Executive to manage our reception, support administrative tasks, and be the professional face of our organization. Key Responsibilities: Greet visitors and direct them appropriately Answer phone calls, emails, and handle front-desk operations Maintain visitor and staff records Coordinate meetings and office logistics Support administrative departments as needed Customer data updation on our website Order follow-up and coordination B-Token registration and tracking Poster area booking & scheduling Agreement preparation and documentation Requirements: Strong communication skills (English & Malayalam preferred) Pleasant personality with a professional appearance Basic knowledge of MS Office and front desk tools Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role preferred Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹17,500.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Leave encashment Paid sick time Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
