1. To ensure all visitors are spoken politely & decently 2. To ensure all visitors are issued visitor badge 3. To ensure all visitors are guided if they need any emergency requirement 4. To assist visitor in helping them in 2nd duty Infrastructure Management 1. To ensure the front office is well maintained at all times 2. To ensure the news papers are available at all times 3. To ensure the flower arrangements are in place at all times 4. To ensure all outdated magazines/newspapers are removed 3rd duty Management Responsibilities 1. To ensure the visitors badge reconciliation report is done everyday 2. To ensure there is a coordination with Helpdesk if needed 3. To ensure the participation during emergency evacuation 4. To ensure proper support during crises management & business continuity 5. To contribute to monthly management report 6. To coordinate with events management team during events 7. To ensure that all such duties & responsibilities as agreed with facility manager JOB
