Employment Type: Full time, Permanent Location: Coimbatore

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction:

• Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees professionally.
• Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate department.
• Handle inquiries in person, over the phone, and via email.
• Maintain visitor records and issue visitor passes.

Administrative & Office Support:

• Manage incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and deliveries.
• Keep records of office supplies and coordinate restocking.
• Assist in scheduling meetings and managing conference rooms.
• Ensure office cleanliness and organize front-desk materials.

Coordination & Communication:

• Act as a liaison between different departments for smooth operations.
• Support HR and Admin teams in coordinating interviews and events.
• Maintain employee attendance records if required.
• Assist in travel and accommodation arrangements for senior management.

Overall Work Experience preferred:

Fresher

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
