About the Role
We are looking for a well-presented and enthusiastic Front Office Executive (Female) to join our team. The role requires excellent communication, customer-handling skills, and a positive attitude to create a welcoming experience for clients and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist clients as they arrive.
Handle incoming calls, inquiries, and appointments.
Maintain client records and manage daily schedules.
Coordinate with staff for smooth studi office operations.
Ensure reception area is clean, presentable, and welcoming.
Manage basic administrative tasks and support the management team.
Requirements
Female candidates only.
Good communication skills (English/Hindi/Telugu as applicable).
Pleasant personality with strong customer service skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, scheduling tools).
Prior experience in front office, reception, or customer-facing role is an advantage.
