Job Title: Receptionist cum Telecaller Company: HomeArchs Location: Lucknow Salary: Up to ₹18,000 per month Experience: Minimum 1–2 years required Apply at:hr@homearchs.com We are seeking a well-spoken, smart, and customer-focused Receptionist cum Tele caller to be the face and voice of HomeArchs , a growing home interior and architecture firm based in Lucknow. The ideal candidate will handle front desk operations, manage incoming calls, and follow up on leads. Responsibilities Greet and welcome clients and visitors with a positive and helpful attitude. Answer incoming calls, handle inquiries, and transfer calls to appropriate departments. Make outbound calls to potential clients for lead generation and follow-ups. Maintain records of customer interactions and update CRM systems. Assist with administrative tasks like scheduling appointments and managing calendars. Maintain a clean and organized reception area. Provide basic information about services offered by HomeArchs. Coordinate with the sales/design team for timely client engagement. Requirements: Minimum 12th pass; Graduate preferred. Good communication skills in Hindi and English. Confident, polite, and professional demeanor. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Emails, etc.). Prior experience in tele calling or front office will be a plus. Must be based in or willing to relocate to Lucknow.
