Job Description

Job Responsibilities: Greet customers at the airport counter and assist them with their rental car bookings. Answer customer queries politely and professionally. Verify customer documents such as Driving License, ID proof, Aadhar/Passport. Ensure the accuracy of rental agreements, forms, and payment records. Coordinate with the fleet team for vehicle readiness and allocation. Collect payments Ensure customer satisfaction and represent the brand positively. Specific Requirements: Minimum qualification: PUC / 12th pass. Good communication skills in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus). Basic computer knowledge—typing, email, Excel, WhatsApp, online forms. Smart, confident, and customer-friendly attitude. Ability to explain information clearly and handle customers under pressure. Must be willing to work in rotational shifts (airport operates 24/7). Punctual and reliable, with a strong sense of responsibility. Immediate joining is preferred.
