Job Description

Genius Attestation Services is looking for a Front Office Executive to manage front-desk operations and ensure excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should be well-presented, confident, and possess strong communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist clients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and customer inquiries efficiently
  • Manage appointment schedules and maintain visitor records
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Handle mail, courier, and document dispatch
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area
  • Assist with administrative and clerical tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Minimum qualification: Plus Two / Graduate in any discipline
  • Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Hindi or Telugu is an advantage)
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Presentable, polite, and professional demeanor
  • Prior experience in a front office or administrative role preferred
